Before You Book

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We’ll send you a detailed arrival guide with door codes and directions before your stay. At checkout, we ask that you complete a few brief tasks (about 5 minutes) — start the dishwasher, gather towels, and take out trash. That’s it.
Cedars 42 comfortably sleeps 10 guests: master bedroom (king bed), second bedroom (queen bed), bunk room (double bed + twin bunks), and living room (fold-out couch). A Pack and Play is available for infants upon request.
Cedars 42 has a 2-car garage plus 1 outdoor parking spot. The outdoor spot requires a parking permit, which is provided — display it on your dashboard at all times. Parking is strictly enforced in the Village. Never park behind the garage — this is a fire lane and vehicles will be towed.
All ski and snowboard equipment must be stored in the garage only. A ski rack is provided. Please do not bring wet or snowy equipment inside the house — the garage is heated and gear dries overnight.
Yes. Guests have access to the Upper Village Pool at 450 Village Road, a short walk from Cedars 42. Amenities include a heated pool (partially covered, open year-round), 3 hot tubs (one indoor), and a sun deck. Hours are 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Your pool card is in the kitchen basket. Please do not lose it — replacement cards cost $50.
Unfortunately, no. Pets are not permitted at Cedars 42. This is an HOA rule that applies to all units in the Village at Breckenridge.
No. Outdoor grilling is prohibited by the HOA due to fire safety regulations. Breckenridge has several excellent restaurants within a five-minute walk — check our Breckenridge Guide for recommendations.
Yes — Cedars 42 has 1 Gbps fiber internet, fast enough for streaming, video calls, and working remotely. WiFi network name and password are provided in your arrival guide before check-in.
Yes — always. The garage door must remain closed at all times when not actively entering or exiting. Pipes run through the garage and will freeze if the door is left open in winter. This is critical and can result in costly damage.
Yes. Mid-stay cleaning is available for $200. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to schedule.
Breckenridge is centrally located in Summit County with easy access to several world-class resorts: Keystone (20 minutes), Copper Mountain (25 minutes), and Vail (45 minutes).
Yes. The BreckFree Ride bus stop is directly across the street from Cedars 42. The free bus runs throughout Breckenridge and is an easy way to get to Main Street, the gondola, and other parts of town without driving.

Refunds follow whichever policy is active when the booking is made. All reservations become non-refundable after the last rule expires or at check-in, whichever comes earlier. Cleaning fee included in nightly rate.
