Breckenridge, Colorado
Slopeside on Peak 9
Cedars 42 has the rarest address in Breckenridge. Most slopeside units are a drive from town. Most walkable units are a shuttle from the lift. This one is both — a hop and a skip to the Quicksilver SuperChair on Peak 9, about five minutes on foot to Main Street.
Sleeps ten across three bedrooms plus a living room sofa — the right size for families, friend groups, or multi-family trips. Step out the door in the morning, ski back to it in the afternoon, walk to dinner in town. No car needed for any of it.
The Experience
From your door to the lift — drawn (almost) to scale.
Cedars 42 sits directly on Peak 9, offering genuine ski-in/ski-out convenience that few Breckenridge rentals can claim. Walk between units #19 and #21, cross the wooden bridge, and you’re on snow — a hop and a skip to the Quicksilver SuperChair. At the end of the day, ski directly back to your door.
Breckenridge’s famous Main Street is a 4–5 minute walk from your front door. Browse boutique shops, grab dinner at one of the town’s best restaurants, or hit the local breweries — all without needing to move your car. The BreckFree Ride bus stop is directly across the street.
The Upper Village Pool at 450 Village Road is a short walk from Cedars 42 and available to all guests. The facility features a heated pool — partially covered for year-round comfort — along with three hot tubs, including one indoor. Open daily 10 AM to 9 PM with a pool card provided at check-in.
Cedars 42 features three decks with sweeping mountain views. Whether it’s morning coffee as the sun hits the peaks or après-ski drinks watching skiers descend, the outdoor space is one of the property’s defining features.
The master bedroom features a king bed dressed in HiEnd Accents luxury linens, a private deck with mountain views, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with newly renovated finishes. A proper retreat within the retreat.
What Sets Us Apart
Step out the door and you’re on snow. The Quicksilver SuperChair is a hop and a skip away — genuine ski-in/ski-out that eliminates the morning shuttle scramble.
Main Street is a 4–5 minute walk. Restaurants, shops, breweries, and nightlife — all on foot. The BreckFree Ride bus stop is across the street for reaching the rest of Summit County.
Breckenridge is your home base, but Keystone is 20 minutes away, Copper Mountain 25 minutes, and Vail just 45 minutes. Explore a different mountain every day.
Cedars 42 isn’t just a ski property. Hike or bike directly from the door — the Burro Trail and Wheeler Pass are right at your feet. The town’s summer calendar rivals its winter one.
